This three-hour program equips participants with practical tools and techniques to enhance psychological safety at work. It is ideal for teams that either avoid honest conversations by being overly polite or tackle challenges too bluntly.

As a result of attending this program, participants will feel more comfortable and confident sharing issues that affect their work, speaking up and challenging others, calling out unproductive behaviors, and openly sharing mistakes to facilitate learning.
